Revised and launched local station’s mentor program for new hires. Culver teaches leadership through a military framework. Planned, trained, executed, and evaluated military activities for approximately 600 children, ages 9-13, including leadership review boards, retreat ceremonies, and Garrison Parades. Culver Academies is comprised of separate but coordinate schools. I invited the Culver Military Academy and Culver Girls Academy admissions officer and head of schools to participate in the leadership review boards to improve coordination between the summer and winter leadership programs.
